What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. When you upload a photo, we process it to identify items in your space. We store your photos, scan results, and cleanup progress in your account.

How we use your data

  • Photos are analyzed by AI to generate your action plan. We never use your photos to train AI models.
  • EXIF metadata (GPS, device info) is stripped from every photo before storage or processing.
  • Faces detected in photos are automatically blurred before storage.
  • Your email is used only for account authentication and critical service updates.

Data storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security. Each user can only access their own data. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage with short-lived signed URLs.

Third-party services

  • Google OAuth for authentication
  • Google Gemini API for AI analysis (photos are sent for processing, not training)
  • Google Cloud Vision for face detection and content moderation
  • Stripe for payment processing (we never see your full card number)

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. You can delete individual scans from the scan detail page. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our systems.
